Job type: Full time
Location: Remote, with occasional attendance at HQ in Brighouse, West Yorkshire
Hours of work: Monday – Friday between 8.00am and 5.30pm. The requirement is that you work 7.5 hours per day between these times with an unpaid lunch break of 30 minutes. Total hours 37.5 per week.

Main Purpose of the job
Carry out work on new and existing MS Dynamics CRM 365 projects, predominantly for the Legal sector. As part of the wider technical team, you will also be involved in developing other Microsoft products (Power Platforms) and have the opportunity to extend your technical knowledge and expertise. You will play a part in the designing solutions and implementing configurations for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, you will be expected to extend your capabilities where needed through customisation. You will deal with other stakeholders and end users in the software development lifecycle – PMs, Business Analysts, testing.
Key tasks and Responsibilities
- Building Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions as part of agile teams for clients.
- Deal with other stakeholders/end users in the software development lifecycle – PMs, Business Analysts, testing etc
- Participate in Scrum activities, daily stand-ups and sprint planning
- Contributing to our agile team activities
- Implementing Features and Stories from our project backlog
- Contributing to design and review processes
- Unit test development and execution
- Manage ongoing objectives alongside other specific objectives that will be set from time to time
Essential Skills
- Comfortable in utilising or picking up technologies and where appropriate making suggestions based on personal knowledge or experience.
- Work to ‘Agile’ development methods; therefore, you must possess excellent teamwork and communication skills

Desired Skills
- Working knowledge of the MS Dynamics platform and core technologies (Dynamics 365/CRM)
- Working knowledge of Javascript and web resources
- Experience of solution deployment across D365 environments
- Working knowledge of Power Apps for D365 development
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dev Ops
To be successful in this role you will need at least 1 experience working in industry, preferably the legal sector. Graduate level or equivalent or MS accredited would be beneficial
