Now more than ever we need to stay connected with colleagues and you can keep in touch using Microsoft Teams powerful chat function.
New communication to an individual or multiple people
- Click Chat
- Select the Add icon and type in the name of your colleague/s. You will be able to select when their name appears. Add as many as you like
- Select the method of communication. Video call, audio call or just message
To just chat, type your message in the chat box at the bottom of the screen
- Click on the icons to add attachments, emoji’s, gif’s, stickers etc.
- Click the Arrow to send the message
