Monochrome-only Attachments
Printing attachments, especially large PDFs, is set to monochrome by default, minimising colour printing.
Duplex Printing for Large Jobs
To economise paper usage, extensive print jobs default to duplex printing, saving resources without compromising quality.
Efficient Email Isolation
The solution enables the user to single out a specific email in a chain for printing or saving as a PDF using an installed PDF printer.
