Jake started his career at Fusion as a 1st Line Delivery Engineer and has since developed into a highly competent Service Delivery Manager, completing a Level 2 management qualification along the way.
Jake leads a team of nine engineers in a busy service desk environment ensuring we maintain high standards throughout our service delivery.
With over seven years of experience working with Managed Service Providers in leadership positions, Jake has brought substantial relevant industry experience to Fusion.
Jake has an excellent understanding of how to empower his team and help them progress and describes his proudest career moment as building an industry standard helpdesk from the ground upwards for Fusion.
