Jake has been with Fusion for nine years, starting his career as a 1st Line Support Engineer, and has since developed into a highly competent General Manager, completing a Level 2 management qualification along the way.
Managing all aspects of service and project delivery, Jake steers a team of ten engineers in various roles, with a real focus on developing internal process and tools to provide the best service possible.
Jake has an excellent understanding of how to empower and motivate a team, with a real focus on promoting a positive culture and individual growth, and takes pride in the engineers he has been able to push into career advancement.
Jake describes his proudest career moment as building an industry standard helpdesk from the ground upwards for Fusion.
