Brilliant performance at Brands Hatch!
Fusion IT, in partnership with Expedite Law, FormEvo, Enabl AI, and SP1 IT SOLUTIONS, is ecstatic to share the success of the FormEvo powered Porsche in the recent Britcar Trophy endurance race held at Brands Hatch. The race was a true test of both the car’s capabilities and the team’s strategic planning skills.
The Porsche secured pole position in class 2 and fourth overall, a remarkable feat considering the tough competition from other class 1 cars. With a well-planned strategy for the 3 mandatory pit stops, the team was geared up for the challenge. However, racing is unpredictable, and the team had to adapt their strategy on the go.
The first two pit stops were well-timed, with the safety car window working in their favor. The fuel stop, however, was slightly disrupted due to a front brake catching on fire. But with the team’s quick thinking, they managed to recover and complete the last 40 minutes with a race to the finish line.
After 109 laps, the FormEvo powered Porsche emerged victorious with a class win and an astounding second overall finish, just one top-class car ahead of them. The team’s success was a testament to their collective efforts, with everyone playing their part to achieve the end goal.
