Out of the box the client portal often requires considerable customisation to meet your specific needs and we can assist with this. Our Client Portal module gives basic client and matter information and will automatically show the user any live taskflows on matter. This works perfectly alongside all our taskflows (link to, conveyancing and taskflows). Our team will also work closely with you to keep sensitive data confidential and define which data clients can access.
We additionally have considerable experience in exposing extended MatterSphere data and allowing clients to update or add extended data to their matter. So you can easily use this information within your flows.
