Joshua is the primary escalation point for technical and process-related queries within the Service Desk team. With a strong background in end-user support and maintaining infrastructure, he ensures smooth day to day operations.
Starting as a 1st Line Support Operator, Josh spent nine years at a global software company before moving on to lead IT for a sales company, where he supported users across Europe, managing key systems, and deploying MDM.
In his free time, Josh enjoys running and hiking, taking on challenges like the Yorkshire Three Peaks and Tough Mudder.
