We recognise that users have different levels of knowledge when it comes to IT systems and our Training Needs Analysis (TNA) service helps you to clearly assess your team’s IT knowledge, and identify areas of improvement.

This invaluable process begins with a survey that includes real world examples of the types of issues IT users typically encounter. Once users have completed this survey, we would discuss the results with the end users, (their managers and the company owners) and devise a firm-wide training plan that addresses specific training needs.
