A new feature in Word 2010 allows you to quickly insert a screenshot of an available window (the active ones on your desktop).
Click the Insert menu and click Screenshot.
All Available windows will be displayed.
Click the Window that you want to insert.
If you have a web page open you will be able to choose whether you insert a screenshot of the webpage containing a hyperlink to the page or a just a screenshot of the web page itself.
