Are you struggling to find who you want to communicate with from your Recents list? There are several tools you can use to help manage these better.
Right click or select the three dots on any of your contacts in your Recents List and select the appropriate option. These options may differ between individuals and groups.
Pin specific chats to the top of the Recents List
Generate a list of favourite contacts or contact groups to keep in touch with key contacts efficiently
Mark a Chat as unread if you wish to refer back to it.
Remove yourself from group chats and collaborations to prevent receiving chats you are no longer involved with, if you are not required to be involved.
Stop receiving notifications of chats whilst still having the chat history available, this can be unmuted when you wish to rejoin the collaboration
No longer need to see the chat history and want to streamline your Recent Chat list
If someone is marked as busy you can select to be notified as soon as they are free so you can then call or message in the usual way.
