If you use some of the MatterSphere options regularly you can add them to the Quick Access toolbar so they’re easily accessible (Office 2007 and later).
The Quick Access toolbar is normally positioned in the top left corner of the screen.
If you want to add a large number of icons to the toolbar it might be better to position it below the ribbon, if you leave it in its original position you will only see a limited number of icons unless you click the down arrow on the right of the toolbar. To move the toolbar click the down arrow on the right hand side and select Show Below the Ribbon.
To add icons to the toolbar, right click an icon on any of the toolbars and select Add to Quick Access Toolbar.
