Since joining the firm in January 2008, Jim has worked his way up the ranks by continually striving to take his career to the next level. For those of you that know Jim, I am sure you will agree, his professionalism and methodically working practices are faultless to a tee in every aspect of his work.
Fusion IT has changed over the last few years, but still manages to retain its core values. The appointment of Jim as Operations Director is the next step in ensuring that Fusion can grow, but still continue to give great service to its client base. Jim will concentrate on the support side of the business but his new role will enable him to spend time on other areas of the business going forward.

I know a lot of the staff see Jim as a father figure, which just goes to show the respect he has earned as he worked his way from employee to management and now Directorship.
