The list of Favourites in Internet Explorer can be organised by using the keyboard shortcut of CTRL+B when in Internet Explorer.
The Organise Favourites box will be displayed.
If you want to change the position of a Favourite, click and drag it to a new position. The buttons at the bottom of the dialog box can be used to Rename, Delete or Move a Favourite or create a New Folder.
