Fusion Management IT have made a new appointment to its training team with Sharon Brook joining as Training Manager. She brings over 17 years’ experience as a learning and development professional to the team having worked with a range of clients across a variety of sectors.
Sharon has experience in various aspects of IT but specialises in end to end training delivery, production and support in various Case Management systems, Digital Dictation, Microsoft Office and other well-known and bespoke applications.
She has previously worked in learning and development for a national Law Firm who specialised in Healthcare and Commercial law, for the past 10 years, as their IT Trainer. She was responsible for the production and delivery of all staff inductions and IT training for staff. This included being involved with several major roll outs of new products and systems. Prior to that was a Peripatetic Trainer, for a large NHS Trust providing training and qualifications access to NHS staff, GPS and the wider NHS community.
This appointment further strengthens the training team as Sharon joins Alison Smith, Business Analyst and Head of Training and Davina Houston, Training Co-ordinator.

On her new appointment, Sharon comments “I am very excited to join Fusion and look forward to being part of such a great team. I am particularly pleased to be working closely with both Alison and Davina with focus on supporting Ramsdens as I started my working life aged 16 at a local law firm which is now part of the Ramsdens group. So it does feel like I’ve come home.”
