We have used Dell for many years mainly because we get good support from them. That was until we logged a failed drive on a server that had 3 years warranty, only to be told the drives only have a 1 year warranty because of their high failure rate.
Seriously Dell that not good enough! We maybe looking elsewhere for our entry level servers.
