Microsoft 365 vs Office 2019, Microsoft upgrade options explained
If you’ve drawn a shape that is the right size and has been formatted to fit with the rest of your document and need the same shape elsewhere you don’t need to try and remember how you formatted it. Click the shape to select it and press CTRL+D to duplicate it – all you need to do then is drag the shape to where you want it in the document.
NB: If you entered text in a shape before duplicating it the text will also be duplicated but all you need to do is overtype it.
