Over the many years we have seen many instances whereby an IT system has not been set up correctly. Certain aspects have been left to chance with no monitoring or proactive reporting and what usually happens is that a failure occurs which results in the client having to pay to get it mended.
Here at Fusion we take the opposite approach. We have spent a considerable amount of time setting up policies and ways of catching a problem before it happens. This ends up making our life much easier and also saves our clients time and money.
The result of this is that the clients do not always see the benfit of all the hard work that we do in the background, to them their servers and infrastructure “just works”. Whilst it is a small price to pay we prefer it this way becuase at the end of the day we’re all about offering the best possible service and IT support.
