Our fresh approach to IT support, impartial advice on products and services, IT management and our multi-level training programs make us your first choice for IT support.
Fusion started in May 2003 to provide a fresh approach to IT support.
For some time we had been aware that there were many IT companies who would offer bad advice, poor response times and generally sub standard service. We decided that we needed to be independent of any supplier so we could offer impartial advice on products and services as well as provide and integrated helpdesk and technical consultant team.
We run a fully staffed helpdesk function whose responsibility is to log problem calls on our system and work remotely to help diagnose and resolve any IT problems.
We have a number of highly trained technical consultants who have the knowledge and experience to assist with any technical projects and give accurate and honest advice on what would be the best direction for your IT systems, we effectively become your IT Manager.
The team is completed by our IT trainer who can be used for any and all aspects of
user training. We run a variety of courses from basic to advanced level. We can also tailor
training sessions for any bespoke systems you may use.
